Ep. 139: Devin Hughes bills himself as “The Chief Inspiration Officer.”

But, things were not always so rosy.  A Multiracial man who grew up in a troubled home with two parents struggling with substance abuse issues, it took Devin well until his adult years to find his passion.  But, when he did, he zoomed to success.

Drawing on the lessons he learned earlier in life, Devin became a highly sought after speaker, author, storyteller & happiness muse who speaks and consults to a variety of leaders, groups, organizations, and teams who have a desire to break down enterprise-wide cultural barriers, improve personal/organizational performance and enhance communication through greater self awareness and understanding of one another.

His approach draws from the science of positive psychology, positive organizational research, appreciative inquiry, neuroscience, mindset and mindfulness. As a result, clients receive the cutting edge in research on well-being and flourishing.
