She founded the Ferguson Response Network to connect nationwide efforts supporting the important racial justice movement started in Ferguson, MO. She is a Lead Organizer for Black Lives of Unitarian Universalism and hosts the Interracial Jawn Podcast (http://interracialjawn.com/).

Leslie is the co-founder of Safety Pin Box (https://www.safetypinbox.com/), a subscription service providing tasks and tools that help White people become allies of African-Americans confronting and overcoming the effects of racism.
