Ep. 204: Thomas Lopez was born and raised in Southern California.  His roots are Mexican American and German-Polish.

As a multiracial Latino, Thomas is keenly aware of the issues confront multiracial people and multiracial Latinos, in particular.  And, Thomas has acted on this awareness.  He has been a very active member of Multiracial Americans of Southern California (“MASC”) for more than fifteen years and is a past president of the organization. And, as a long-time board member he has also organized conferences, a mini-film festival, and diversity training workshops.  In addition, he is the Founder and Director of Latinas and Latinos of Mixed Ancestry (LOMA).  And, as a long-time board member he has also organized conferences, a mini-film festival, and diversity training workshops.
